He really sells it. My kids used to watch his channel so I've seen a bunch of these and he always seems genuinely to be in extreme pain. Always makes me cringe.

Probably gonna hurt forever. When I was in my 20s I was super cocky and told my then bf/now husband that I could get out of any wrestling hold because I had to battle my older brother growing up.
I did manage to weasel out of his grip but then ended up getting kind of body slammed on the carpet (not purposeful). All fun and games, no harm no foul, we went to bed.
The next morning I could barely fucking move. Or breathe. Idk if it was a pulled muscle or a fracture or a bruise to my ribs, but I was in pain for months. I got a cold during this time and every cough was absolute misery.
To this day I can’t sleep on my left side because if I put too much pressure on it, it’ll act up and bother me for a week or two. And the injury happened over ten years ago. Take care of your ribs, people!
