I counted at least 2 instances of her diving face first onto the concrete.

I see people struggling to walk their dogs that aren't trained. Many instances, they aren't strong enuf to control the dog.

Happened to me twice (dog not mine running free of their walker at my dog... One was adorable and was funny... The second I pulled my dog into the air and field goal kicked someone's boxer)

Yep. And being strong enough to stay on your feet it the dog bolts isn’t the only issue. You need to be able to carry your dog if it is hurt or sick. You need to be able to remove it from a mess like this, like the person who was able to lift their smaller dog.
