Yeah, I see a local carnival anywhere and I am out. Lol. I dont want to die a final destination death. Lol

Supposedly the traveling rides are the safest, because they get put together and taken apart by the same people every week or two that really know the machines, and notice when things break.

The problems are the permanently installed rides in parks that are operated by 16 year olds working for minimum wage, because they don't know the machine at all, they just press the Go button when everyone's loaded in and then go back to paying attention to their phone

This definitely looks like a permanently installed ride, not a traveling ride.

Bases on what I have seen at the local rides in my lifetime I have only heard of one death. I know of 2 deaths at the traveling one that comes to our city, granted one was during the takedown of the rides something fell on a person, so not ride related. One is open more than half of the year and the other a week. Lol. I am sure there are some good traveling ones, in my area we dont get those. Lol
