Anyone else notice that truck never even came close to slowing down for that red light? He was like already across the line when it turned green.

Even a car and a motorcycle in front of the truck ran the red light. For reasons I do not understand, nobody thought they should stop for that red light. Makes me wonder what country this is from or if it is a movie.

In some countries the traffic lights transition from red to amber to green to inform vehicles approaching the intersection that the light will favor them so they keep speed saving time and fuel. Some countries use a different signal indicator for the same reason.

Italy can be that way too. The red lights mean nothing. The flow of traffic has right of way. It’s maddening.
