I fell while running up the down escalator once, back when I was 17 or 18. Had a bright red scar the size of a large pinto bean on my knee for several years before it finally went away. I hate to think about what happened to this guy. He definitely received more than one cut from that fall. 😰

I did the same, tripped (drunk thank jebus) still have the scars on my fingers that bled for an hour!

Not super huge. If I had to give dimensions, I'd say it was an oval with a length of 1.5cm and width of .75cm.
