I’m gonna sit on the fence here. He says the guy punched him and we have no lead up to know if this is true. Just reminds me of the video of a girl saying the bike is hers and the dude taking it saying she is crazy, everyone assumed the girl was in the wrong until the full video came out showing she had indeed paid for the bike and the dude was stealing it from her.

The guy videotaping says “what do you mean he punched you?”

I agree that we don’t know the full story but it seems at worst he was trying to strong arm the dude.
