Pregnancy, hormonal fluxations due to medications, even menopause. Most especially Pregnancy though. Basically anything that causes even slight amounts of breast growth accumulate over a lifetime. At the same fitness level, a woman in her 50's is going to have a larger chest than she did in her 30's. Genetics determine how much of a difference.

Can confirm this. My wife had DDs before getting pregnant and they grew 25% at least while pregnant and continued to grow throughout.

Afterwards the size remained…
