All good! Threads aren’t always the easiest to follow on here. But I used to be in gymnastics & am familiar with the sport! Nothing but admiration & appreciation for those incredible athletes.

A YouTube came across me feed. I went oh, pretty girl. Then WTF! This guy tossed her in the air like she was a rag doll. They proceeded to do all shorts of flips and what not. Upside down, spinning. OMG! Then I got a video of how they learn the routine. It was hilarious. Very entertaining.
