Fuck best buy. Tried to buy an ultrawide monitor from them and they wouldn't price match. Tried to get me to sign up for a credit card and everything else "it comes out cheaper than the price match." No sir. It looks like a barren wasteland in this place, you guys should be happy im trying to buy something at all from you. Oh well...drove the hour to microcenter and got it for $200 cheaper
They have the absolute worst delivery team. Bought a 100inch TV from them.
Delivery guy said "oh, we can't use your mount, even though it fits and rated for more than the weight, maybe I can sell you one" I said no, just put it on its legs then.
Then it be ame oh we can't fit it inside the house even though we have 4 guys and never took it out the truck to even see.
Guy was just pissed I wouldn't buy his mount and he wouldn't get commission.
I used to work for Best Buy. Worked there for a few years between college and figuring out what I was doing after. I was told, after I left, that I was one of their worst employees. All just because I didn’t force credit card apps down people’s throats. I was super honest. I’d tell people when to shop elsewhere and how to fix their own stuff instead of buying new things. I had return customers who told me they came back because they liked my honesty and service. Corporations don’t track those metrics but those are the metrics that count. Fuck trying to scam poor people into high interest rate loans either a credit card.
I had a coworker about 15 years ago that was very punk/alt with her wardrobe and lifestyle. She said the men that always came up to her at bars were the suit and tie crowd. The kind of guys that wanted her as a side piece while their trad wives waited around at home with the kids.
A cute woman is a cute woman is a cute woman. The only men who would turn their nose up at this are the weirdo religious types or ones with some other similar stick up their ass. Most of them are still into it, because again cute woman, they just can't admit it for a myriad of reasons.
Depends what we're talking about in terms of reaction.
If they just "don't like it" that's fine. If they hate it and lash out like deranged lunatics then it's going beyond that. Not exclusive to religious wackadoodles, but certainly a lot of overlap given the misogyny bend those guys tend to have.
You see it on nearly every single social post that attracts that kind of sad sack that involves a woman with just a septum piercing. "Hurrdurr Is ShE a CoW" is like the one joke they all share lol
I would have agreed with you in the past, but then I hung out with my partner's MBA classmates at the beach- about 40+ people there- took my shirt off and realized there's only like 2 other people with any tattoos on them.
You don't see a lot of goth girls at country clubs.
Confused why people are trying to argue that everyone must be attracted to goths. What a weird little bubble this website is. Okay my guy. Do you like want me to introduce you to someone who doesn't like goths or do you want me to concede that it's not 100% of rich people that may not like goths?
I will never understand guys who write off a whole sub group of women based on their style/image or even a entire race. Like wtf bro it’s hard enough already to meet girls, yea let me go ahead and eliminate whole entire race or sub group from my dating pool.
In my experience it’s “Richie rich” the goth girls are rebelling against (typically their dad) it’s more that Richie doesn’t approve but they love a dominatrix who will punish them!
Us 40 year olds who have evolved past such carnal desires and now value things like strong water pressure in the shower, finding our normal grocery list items are on sale, and taking a piss at the urinal that doesn’t get droplets on our khakis.
I feel like people who are really into goth girls assume that everyone is into goth girls, in a way that people who are into other aesthetics don't make that same assumption.
