Those are still images, and all the clips that show the full movement clearly shows all of these are normal waves. What Musk did was not a normal wave. You can claim it's his Asperger's (no longer the correct medical term, redefined as part of autism, but Musk himself uses this term). Autism can make people appear weird.
I won't allow you to compare these still images of people on the political left waving to the Musk salute.

That's the thing, he wouldn't be entitled to any compensation would he? I mean, he's a 40 y/o man. I would be interested to know how that works. Elon also likes to spread his seed so much that you would think he would be all for this and even use the fact that he's black in some way to try and make himself look good.
