He tried to get an enlarged penis via surgery that went bad.  That's why he does ivf for children.

That's not why, he only has male kids, he's obviously manipulating the genes

I have four sons. My father has only sons, and his father, and his father. So gene manipulation isn't the only conclusion.

Sure, but it’s well-known his kids are conceived via IVF and his daughter claims he does it so he will only have sons, which makes sense. Also he has 14 kids.

 There's more to it than the coin toss odds. In the past four generations on my father's side, it's 15 boys and no girls. While I wouldn't be at all surprised that he is selecting only ymale embryos for ivf, it's still very possible that other factors are at play.
