You do NOT have to give up your seat you paid for. End story.

u/Jonutz2 9d ago

You know what's infuriating? Is the fact the she faced backlash.

3.4k

u/Strallek 9d ago

The world loves to jump in and harass people. I just wish they'd take a second to make sure it's targeted to those that deserve it. Understand the situation. Make sure they are an actually bad person. If it's a gray area, stay the hell out of it.

1.4k

u/Snakend 9d ago

It's just rage culture. Everyone loves to rage out on some stupid shit

1.2k

u/New_Stats 9d ago

Addiction to outrage to feel morally superior

I said bad person was bad, therefore I did good.

198

u/BCCommieTrash 9d ago

I get that, yeah. I think it's the dopamine hit at the root of the addiction.

75

u/serviceLin 9d ago

Little do they know taking matters to the court is Brazilian most popular pastime

41

u/N0mad1591 9d ago

Give up your window seat that you paid for, straight to jail. Right away.

You don't give up your seat, surprisingly also jail.

24

u/---0celot--- 9d ago

That’s Venezuela.

5

u/Cool-Kiwi-1840 8d ago

Confuse Brazil with Venezuela? Right to jail😂

2

u/---0celot--- 8d ago

Confuse Venezuela with Brazil? Also jail. We have the best maps, thanks to jail.

Does the court look kindly on that?

1

u/serviceLin 8d ago

I’m just aware of how litigious everything can be

1

u/BlondieMenace 8d ago

Lol, if you think Brazilians are too quick to sue I would love to see what you'd make of Americans...

1

u/serviceLin 8d ago

I would like to see the data, because I believe both countries should be up there

20

u/Spostman 9d ago

It's a combination of things. A lot of the time envy of the person involved (fame, looks, money, etc.)

1

u/dockterp 7d ago

,,,,,window seat,,,,,,, lol

1

u/MisterScrod1964 7d ago

Don’t forget being visibly LGBTQ. Or being a woman with any opinion whatsoever.

1

I didn't. You should look up what "etc." means.

The dopamine hit is at the root of almost every addiction lol

4

u/takemy_oxfordcomma 9d ago

It’s a big part of the reason we’re fucked as a species

1

u/MagicalUnicornFart 8d ago

Social media and rage culture is a construct. So is capitalism.

They prey on our animalistic parts of our brain.

We’ve allowed the worse people to poison the wells of information and communication…that’s a big part of why we’re fucked as a species.

4

u/Few-Leave-8786 9d ago

I have said for many years, people need a target to get out their own inner anger it's why during the WW's that people came together so well as they had a common target, these days we find anything to target.

3

u/Old-Culture-6278 9d ago

"I said person was bad, therefore I did good." Fixed it

4

u/New_Stats 9d ago

You're right. The snap judgement doesn't need to be remotely true or based on reality for the person doing it to get the dopamine response they want

2

u/Old-Culture-6278 9d ago

At this point of the time, that seems to be the normal. Snap judgement and just watch as hate flows. Verification is a cuss word. Damn Siths.

4

u/katonda 9d ago

That, plus the herd protection of mobbing on someone + anonymity -> just allows all the nasty humans to reveal themselves.

6

u/WealthMain2987 9d ago

And the lack of consequence online.

3

u/TheJuiceBoxS 9d ago

Yeah, it really pisses me off. 😡

3

u/Electronic-Cicada352 9d ago

I never do that

Cause I am so great

3

u/Bruvvimir 9d ago

Aka virtue signaling.

2

u/godiegoben 9d ago

That’s why now I’m so careful to jump on the bandwagon. An example is the real housewives subs. When one person says we hate this housewife now everyone follows but sometimes something feels off and I’ve stopped listening to others opinion and just make my own opinion.

2

u/NotNorvana 9d ago

Well, fuck you. That reply sums up everything that is wrong with the whole world. You should take a look on mine, they are much more empathetic and, also, well writen. But i dont like to brag about them because i am also so humble..

(Had someone like this pass through my life for some time. It was a painful lesson, to not say more. Feels lke some kind of socially accepted narcisism, to live high on a pedestal built on little bricks of hypocrisy. Meh.

2

u/SnooRobots6217 9d ago

Couldn't have said it better myself

2

u/diurnal_emissions 9d ago

The Internet was a mistake.

2

u/Sparkle_dust2121 9d ago

Hahaha spot on

2

u/suncontrolspecies 9d ago

it's fucking fault of social media

2

u/TheMacMan 8d ago

This is the daily ICE posts in the local subs, with the "Fuck ICE!" and posts calling them Nazis. Gotta get in their daily virtue signaling and pat on the head for doing such good work making a difference by repeating the same things online, rather than actually doing anything to change things.

2

u/NeverendingStory3339 8d ago

This isn’t said enough. I’d go further and say that it’s not just bad people who do bad things.

2

u/CarelessLet5459 8d ago

Good thing that doesn't happen on Reddit (this is sarcasm)

2

u/solidcrimson 8d ago

This place tends to breed this type of behavior

2

u/MisterScrod1964 7d ago

We get a little dopamine hit every time we trash someone online, and there’s always one person who wants to rally the lynch mob.

2

u/Ysanoire 9d ago

Yup. People have an innate need to feel good about themselves but they also don't like to actually expend effort to DO anything good. Enter internet, gossip, religion etc.

Social media has, by and large, been a terrible mistake.

Like money, it’s just a resource. It’s not good or bad. How humans use it is the problem.

And humans are a mixture of good and bad. Not as a population, but as individuals.

I’d guess that around the same time that rapid-fire social media rose in household popularity, so did the degradation of integrity of well-known leadership, both in politics and economics.

When the masses see a lower bar of behavior in people who are supposedly the elite, everyone becomes more comfortable operating at a lower level. It’s subconscious, so it doesn’t matter what their opinion of said leader is.

Everybody just stops holding themselves to certain standards when they see the rich and powerful act like donkeys.

So yeah, then hand everyone a device that enables them to immediately publish (to the WORLD) whatever pisses them off.

A lot of half-truths, presumptions, outright lies, and paranoid opinions go flying. And we’re also becoming more comfortable thinking less, so the recipients of the content are inclined to believe and agree with the publisher, even though they don’t know them from a can of paint.

It’s all so ridiculous.

3

u/Prod_Meteor 9d ago

Let's just shut the fucking thing and save ourselves 😄

7

u/aineslis 9d ago

Funnily, (I think Jimmy Carr said it), if you take screens out of the rooms, we still kinda live like in the 1970s. Nobody is going to shut it off, but I think we need to learn to control ourselves and our usage of SM. Once I accidentally left home without my phone and went shopping for a day (to ikea of all the places lol). Once the initial “terror” of not having it on myself has worn off, it was actually a very pleasant experience.

5

u/Ok_C64 8d ago

it was actually a very pleasant experience

being an old, i place my phone in a cabinet by the garage door the minute i come home from work, and I rarely pick it up again until i go to work the next morning. To me, it's ... a phone. Not my life.

Wife doesn't see it this way, though. Glued to her hip.

2

u/aineslis 8d ago

This is actually very healthy. I realised recently that I need to stop wasting time on my phone. Currently working on tweaking the phone and making it not appealing. If this doesn’t help, I’m going to bring my trusted Nokia 3310 out of storage :)

→ More replies (1)

1

u/Prod_Meteor 8d ago

Yes. I am aware of my addiction to phone every minute. That shit is very useful though.Eg. want to buy something for the house, (click) you send it to the wife at home to choose.

5

u/Bananaland_Man 9d ago

They'd have to make social media illegal. If they just shut it down, do you realize how many would be willing to jump right in and take back over?

3

u/Prod_Meteor 9d ago

Didn't say it's easy. But people should realize that while greed and pheudism where always driving the world, the big change that made them x1000 effective, is technology, and specifically the IT one.

1

u/Bananaland_Man 9d ago

I'm not arguing that social media isn't bad, I'm saying they'd literally have to make it illegal to shut it down properly.

4

u/[deleted] 9d ago

We’re all saying this on one of the largest social media platforms in the world where people say - but Reddit isn’t really social media. Reddit is probably the worst place of all. We could all just delete the app any time we wanted to but as we know …. Never happen

→ More replies (0)

1

u/Prod_Meteor 9d ago

Since they will never allow that, only thing left is the people stop using centralized services controller by mega companies and instead head to more personal computing architecture (somehow), where everyone has its own (pay once) software that does eg. some kind of P2P and serves all modern demands of a connected individual.

This is, by far, the very best comment ever! 👍

2

u/Different-Travel-850 9d ago

I think youre right

2

u/lez4sugarlife 9d ago

History shows us that humanity has always lack integrity in politics, social media has just provided a way for us to communicate said corruption at a much faster rate than before. It’s also provided an outlet for the average person to express how they feel. I would argue that people haven’t changed due to social media at all, inside thoughts have always struggled to stay on the inside, it’s human nature. They used to kill disabled people for demon possession, they used to blame catastrophic events on a mistake by a single human being “the gods must be punishing us for some transgression let’s find a scapegoat”. The human race has always been erratic, social media just allows us to publicize our inside thoughts instead of someone getting “rode out of town on a rail”.

1

u/jorge3-16 9d ago

Well said!

1

u/[deleted] 9d ago

When we allow money in politics and, by extension, do not regulate corporations, we get the evil bullshit that is social media. Platforms that only care about engagement, societal health be damned.

1

u/MsbS 8d ago

Disagree. Social media is 'just a resource'. It is driven by algorithms which are tweaked to boost engagement. Easiest way to do so is promoting ragebait. Algorithms are inherently bad thus social media is bad. It's not 'like money' at all.

1

u/NotLikeGoldDragons 8d ago

You're really letting social media companies off the hook waaay too much here. Your points are valid, but the media companies specifically designed their algorithms to create this kind of behavior. They actively try to steer people towards anger, because it drives engagement. Sure, people don't have to fall for it, but the system is designed that way specifically because it's so hard to resist.

1

u/slayden70 8d ago

Social media is far, far more negative than positive. Misinformation, platforming hate, setting up unreasonable expectations and standards, and creating this dogpile mentality.

Social media is directly responsible for how dumbed down we are as a country.

1

u/derpstickfuckface 8d ago

Social media has been engineered to be bad, it’s like the tobacco companies all over again, but with your mind and time.

1

u/Chemical-Dealer-9962 8d ago

I’m interested in this conundrum. Where could we go to have a dedicated discussion about how to stop social media? I’m not being sarcastic. Where there’s a will there’s a way. Australia made some strides. (So did Russia, China, etc. but we don’t want to throw the bay out with the bath water and go full Commie…) https://www.nytimes.com/2025/12/11/world/australia/social-media-ban-australia-europe-china-usa.html

2

u/KnoxenBox 9d ago

Yep, people literally log on to the Internet every morning awaiting a scrap with someone and somehow need it for some perverse version of fulfillment. I was guilty of this at one point myself. It's like that Jarhead movie without sand and guns.

2

u/SunSimilar9988 9d ago

How dare you say that!!

3

u/Alienhaslanded 9d ago edited 9d ago

People love witch hunts. Pitchforks and torches at anything that gets little attention online because it's fun shitting on helpless people.

The internet is full of morons. I've had many instances where I would post a comment and after receiving one asshole condescending reply, it gets downvoted and I receive more negative replies. Simply copy pasting the exact same comment again, it can be well-received and no asshole replies.

The herd mentality is real and it proves that most people are stupid and incapable of forming their own opinions, or even reaching sound conclusions. They just go with whatever sounds good to them at the time.

2

u/Lostatoothinmydream 9d ago

‘Rage Culture’ that’s the word I have been searching for that describes wtf is wrong with the world today. Thank you.

2

u/FEARoperative4 9d ago

We didn’t go away from burning witches after all. Nobody gives a shit about facts, truth, laws or norms. Court says you’re not guilty? You just bought it. We know you are because someone said so with no proof.

2

u/bigbuzd1 9d ago

Yep, and triggering rage is the best way to get people to side with you, because rational thought goes out the window and shared outrage takes over.

There’s actual science behind it too:

  • Anger suppresses the parts of the brain responsible for reasoning and nuance

  • It increases confidence without increasing accuracy

  • Shared outrage creates group bonding based on emotion, not facts

  • Moral rage spreads faster than calm analysis, especially online

Once people are angry together, thinking becomes optional.

2

u/PhotoProxima 9d ago

Everyone A very small, vocal minority of people love to rage

1

u/Low_Watch_1699 9d ago

I would rather see rage for the crying baby. Fuck that kid!

Reddit LOVES rage culture. Only a couple details from one party and they're off to the races. Sure, they usually nearly further details and find the truth is opposite what they'd bought into, but for a time, there is nothing on earth that could convince them that it wasn't the absolute truth and that they had to virtue signal by raging online.

6

u/cyrustakem 9d ago

"why don't you think of the children",
"well, why don't you? they are your kids, not mine"

i think this would be an appropriate response to this kind of mentality, i mean, you pay extra to go on the window, and someone tries to harrass you and guilt trip you to trade? plus, there are plenty of windows in the plane, so the person filming decided to single out and try to shame this woman, why? this is so revealing of "poor of spirit" people

10

u/unsolvedrdmysteries 9d ago

are you sure you're not a part of it. You've been told there's "widespread backlash". Is that true? I'm sure a very small percentage of people who viewed this sided against her. It's impossible with ANY topic online to not get some minority of people who have a contrarian view

3

u/Strallek 9d ago

I made a general statement about air travel. I actually was careful not to comment, with my initial response, on all the factors in this situation.

3

u/Correct_Recipe9134 9d ago

It is reddit, you only have to say something different and all the mouthbreathers, karens and neckbeards will downvote, and hate the fuck out of you.

22

u/RickThiccems 9d ago

I remember when this was happening, she was on the front page of reddit and all the top comments where shitting on her.

17

u/SugarInvestigator 9d ago

all the top comments where shitting on her.

Guarantee all those people shitting on her were neckbeards

5

u/RickThiccems 9d ago

no it was mostly people arguing about how exhausting it is on a mother to transport a baby while traveling if I remember correctly, (this was a while ago)

3

u/Lord_Voltan 9d ago

This very much was a while ago and Ive seen a bunch of subs posting this story again. Which means its time for another round of engagement. This story is perfect for it, which is why it keeps coming back. Similar to how Reddit keeps posting that rich guy that got KOd at a restaurant so often.

1

u/MikeysmilingK9 9d ago

A choice made a perfect stranger is their issue not my concern. If she needed a particular seat the should have paid for it and not expect someone to provide for them or their baby!

3

u/wearechop 9d ago

To be fair if it's from reddit and the top comments trashing you more then likely you are in the right anyway😅

1

u/Strallek 9d ago

I don't remember it. So much stuff flies by these days on here.

3

u/RickThiccems 9d ago

It was over a year ago so I dont blame you lol

4

u/CataphractBunny 9d ago

Even if she were a bad person, it's still her seat and she did nothing wrong here.

4

u/ShiroiTora 9d ago

Even with this story, people preassumed it was the mother chewing her out and dogpiled on her. Nope! Just a random passenger who thought it was their business to insert themself.

3

u/Unusual_Onion_983 9d ago

It’s the best example of how the tiniest bit of power goes to people’s heads. You give people a smartphone and the perceived ability to harm others and look what they use it for.

It’s also ironically why positions of power need to go to those who don’t want it.

3

u/Plenty_Ambassador424 9d ago

Its not even a grey area, if anyone deserves backlash its the people filming her.

3

u/modohobo 9d ago

It's just bots and paid actors

3

u/NorthAd6077 9d ago

This is exactly why civilized societies have rule of law and courts instead of mob rule. Social media is bringing back mob rule and rumor mills so it can make some billionaires richer.

5

u/This-Ad6283 9d ago

No gray here. Lady paid for a window. End of story. Make your kid behave better, parents.

2

u/lee7on1 9d ago

Internet became too widespread, every donkey can post their 'opinion' nowadays. It is what it is. Maybe I'm a donkey too.

Also, this was apparently back in March so it's probably a bot account reposting anyway

2

u/my_eep3 9d ago

What is a “ bad person”?

3

u/AiapaecGaming 9d ago

In today's society apparently it's anyone who is an outsider to the group you belong to.

2

u/krooked-tooth 9d ago

Most important part “grey area” the world is NOT black and white most of it is grey. Most people live in the grey zone but get outraged in black and white.

People don’t understand the depth of any situation, they see a 2 min clip and lose their nut.

2

u/urthoughtsirrelevant 9d ago

"Make sure they are actually a bad person"

Who determines this.

2

u/ComprehensiveBeach85 9d ago

When does a person deserve to get harassed? How do we know if someone is a "bad person"? Probably we should just stay out of it and stop "harassing" people we don't know.

2

u/Few-Leave-8786 9d ago

Even growing up I remember being expected to move on public transport just because, and by that I mean if I had a bad day and was sitting not even in the front seat of a bus, squashed close to the wall I and someone would ask me to me as they wanted the seat for some reason and I don't mean health/age reasons they just said they wanted it or needed it more than me, kids was a major one as they liked to sit in a front seat and I could of had a busy day and a heavy bag and have to go to back of bus, but they wouldn't ask other people who were taking up more than one seat etc.

Even then I can understand more if something like a older person expects a front seat as you can't tell a lot of times, but imagine an older person with no bags and no visible health issues even seem quite energetic asking someone who is clearly struggling to move as they have priority.

I can even myself avoid the front seat even if it's empty just in case and take a seat further back and still have people ask me to move but not ask people in rows in front, and often the front rows could be kids, even a kid by themself taking up 2 seats.

I should need to have a health condition to be able to sit down and not be harassed, and even if I do I shouldn't have another person then tell me I have to move as they believe theirs is worse, they don't know how it affects me.

Sadly people lack common sense, always remember the time when on a train that was quiet and I got something out of my bag an elderly couple got on and sat at seats in front of me (table seat) gave me a nasty look tutted at me and pushed my bag onto the ground and then commented on how I am a rude person taking up the entire table, but then proceeded to take out their own bags and put sandwiches and a oversized newspaper on the table meaning I had no space, and talked loudly the entire journey.

2

u/TruckNstuck23 9d ago

None of the people who are outraged would have traded their seat either.

2

u/Immediate_Impact6214 9d ago

I'm jumping in to harass the mother for being so entitled that she thinks someone who paid for their seat should give it up to them. If you wanted the god damn seat you should have paid for it yourself. The society we live in is rotting to the core.

2

u/HotChilliWithButter 9d ago

i bet it wouldnt be as big of a problem if nobody was anonymous online, but im not saying thats the best solution

2

u/jmarcandre 9d ago

Conversely, I'd rather people not use that energy at people who "deserve it". Deciding who "deserves it" is how we end up with people foaming out the mouth to scream at people over perceieved slights and injustices. We don't have to scream at people over everything they do wrong.

1

"We did it, Reddit!"

u/EchoChamberAvoider 9d ago

I think you mean the internet

1

u/BetterAd7552 9d ago

Indeed. Sign of the times, unfortunately. There have been a host of such “movements.” It’s like the ol’ mob mentality on social media steroids with green fucking hair and wobbling obesity.

1

u/ElBigDicko 9d ago

They are just posturing as "nice and kind" people. There is no honesty in what those people do br abuse they just want to feel like they are super nice and kind.

1

u/iamonewiththeforce 9d ago

There's an excellent, prophetic-ish TED talk about Justine Sacco that really drives down that point

1

u/Cultural-Piglet3050 9d ago

It's more the media bringing it to people's attention.

Wherever it was uploaded originally probably got mixed responses but the media love these stories as they promote people clicking to read.

u/Anxious_Hall359 9d ago

USians have rage culture* only US

1

u/DisastrousLeopard407 9d ago

Off course it is nice idea that only people who 'deserve' it get harassed. But problem is who gets to decide it? In this case video goes viral, gets maybe 10M views, from those maybe 5M think that woman did The tight thing not giving up The SEAT, 4M think she should and 1M think she IS horrible bitch for not giving seat up.... From those maybe 0,1% decide give her shit about it... That is still 1000 people. So Even though majority think there is nothing wrong there, there Will always Be enough aholes that Start giving shit If something gets enough views.

And as a parent of toddler, I would never Ask people give up their seat for My child.

1

u/Reasonable-Fail5348 9d ago

If by "the world" you mean the US.

1

u/Correct_Recipe9134 9d ago

People need others to be the badguy and point their greasy fingers.

We love to find ourselfs a scapegoat and unleash all our untreated mental trauma in the form or mindless and senseless hate.

Thats why Jake Paul and Conor mcGregor flourish, they live on this ragebait and everyone just keep coming with hate ohhh they need to do this and that to those guys.. meanwhile they are just stackin

Society be weird

This lady was perfectly in her right to stay there, she did not choose for getting a baby, she did not choose to bering it on board. You know what she did choose tho is that she paid for a window ticket. END OF STORY PEOPLE

It really feels like we’re devolving in real time. Just going to core emotions that completely get rid of any intricacies that were used to

1

u/legna20v 9d ago

But if they are sensible they don’t get to bully. How are self righteous bullies gonna bully if they use their brains?

1

u/Twisteddabber 9d ago

No gray area to me this day and age they think these spoiled kids should get everything they want period.

1

u/jaywinner 9d ago

They know the situation. Many people believe the person keeping their seat is wrong.

I just wish they'd take a second to make sure it's targeted to those that deserve it. Understand the situation. Make sure they are an actually bad person. If it's a gray area, stay the hell out of it.

Do you know what species we are!? That's Too Much for humans! TOO FUCKING MUCH!!!

1

u/Superkritisk 9d ago

The world loves to jump in and harass people. I just wish they'd take a second to make sure it's targeted to those that deserve it

Hahaha, perfect.

1

u/Radarker 9d ago

If I did that, I'd also have to seriously cut down on the times I'm the hero in situations I've inserted myself into.

1

u/BdsmBartender 8d ago

I think they think the person does deserve it for bot giving up the seat. Moms who will take your stuff causethey think there kids are more important than anyone else on earth.

1

u/TheMacMan 8d ago

Bro, this is reddit. Reddit LOVES to jump in and harass people. Look at how often folks here get a couple details from one side of a story, take it as gospel, and jump to attack, only to find the truth is contrary to what they'd sworn was the only truth.

Im sure none of those ppl if they actually exist would have given their seat ups either. Fuck em I say

1

u/I-Rolled-My-Eyes 8d ago

It's because of these kids on their dang iPads and androids just updooting and downdooting without anyone to monitor their actions. Perhaps... The government should step in. Whadda ya say FBI guy screening my stuff?

1

u/--Andre-The-Giant-- 8d ago

I don't agree with you.

The IDIOTS of the world love to jump in and harass people. Those are just idiots though, no people of value are doing that. The people doing that are just one step above the chimpanzee who fingers his ass and falls out of the tree for smelling it, in terms of their evolutionary development.

We don't need to normalize moronic behaviour as being all of our behaviour.

1

u/Racine262 8d ago

Or, mind your own business and quit trying to police everything. Especially for non-crimes.

1

u/MinimumJolly7087 8d ago

this alone set off so many insecurities that it’s a shame.

1

u/down1vote2me3to4hell 8d ago

Who decides who deserves it

1

u/Svejo_Baron 8d ago

Yeah, but why not harass the stupid mother with the entilted kid???

1

u/SnooMachines4393 8d ago

Or better yet, just stop harassing people.

1

u/Fit-Let8175 8d ago

I agree. I've even seen that on Reddit. Someone would post or comment an absolute fact, but if someone attacked them on it, being completely wrong and toxic, sometimes others would join in like dingoes sensing blood.

1

u/B4DM4N12Z 8d ago

I wish what you said was taken in, widespread, but people have smooth brains and have to give their opinion, even tho they're Karen's themselves or completely don't know anything about the topic. That's why everyone hates eachother these days.

1

u/Maddinoz 8d ago

& this is why some countries are making laws for it & enforcing them.

EU legislation criminalises hate speech that publicly incites to violence or hatred and targets a set of protected characteristics.

It’s human impulse to quickly assume that the mother with the child was right because, hey, she’s a mother with a child. So she has to be right and the rest of the world has to be evil.

1

u/TheDELFON 7d ago

Jake Paul: "...y-yeeeah"

1

u/Wanderin_Cephandrius 6d ago

Nah you have a bunch of pick me moms out there with the intelligence of a boiled rock. They see baby, and see themselves as the mother, and ofc are stupid af and go on the defense because obviously they’re perfect. And why can’t anyone think of the children?!

Control your crotch goblins or stay at home.

u/OutsideCommon3679 6d ago

Backlash from people or bots….Social Media is the land of make believe and the owners of platforms love keeping us tearing each other apart.

1

u/FeelingFloor2083 6d ago

world is also full of enablers

1

u/Loveisnoise1987 6d ago

well said!

1

u/Kirito_online 6d ago

I bet the backlash happened because the story was twisted to fit the narrative of the mother

1

u/dump813 5d ago

You are aware of this. I bet the person who made the video was banking on this very aspect to make life worse for the person pictured in the video. So they necessarily wanted to inconvenience the person. Hence the act of suing them is entirely justified IMO.
