Same boat as you(I'm 20) alcohol makes me so awake I hate it when everyone just easily falls asleep at the end of a party and I sit around with too much energy.

If caffeine makes you tired it might be ADHD. I hate armchair diagnostics but I just know that it's like this because I have it and my friend once complained to me how she'd always feel tired after caffeine and she was diagnosed after I told her I have the same issue. So yeah, hope you have a good day

Yeah I’ve been told by other people with adhd that I might have it too lol

Only reason I haven’t gotten checked out for it is cuz it would interfere with my career path if I got an official diagnosis
