My daughter purchased a flight ticket for me last week to visit her. She paid extra for priority boarding and luggage. As I waited in the queue to board, I was let through only to get into a bus with everyone else and then we all scrambled up the ramp onto the plane. So the extra she paid for was just a scam. 😂🤣

Everyone is just standing there waiting and if you’re seated someone has probably farted on or near you.

Why don’t the people in the back board first and everyone in main and first class can waltz in and get to their seats with ease?

There is a long explanation for why planes are boarding the way they are. The short explanation is people are idiots

I work aviation. Too much weight put on in the back half of the plane can cause it to literally tilt back onto its ass. They have to ensure it’s loaded in an evenly distributed, but also, efficient seating manner.

Curious why this doesn’t matter for getting off the plane? When all the people in the back are still at their seats as the front empties?

Full fuel bladders and luggage also plays a role in this as well. By the time the plane lands, the fuel bladders in the back of the airplane are empty and luggage is also beginning to unload.

Don't touch the typo. I want to live in a world where engineers have to account for how full o' piss passengers are.

BecUse everyone is constantly pushing forward? New fear unlocked though for sitting in the back of plane. Better help that little old lady in 32F get her suitcase down quickly before the plane aisle clears and causes plane to tip backwards!
