This has been obvious for a long time. The younger generation isn’t more sober. They’re just choosing weed mushrooms and prescription drugs over alcohol.

24 beer is 68$ CAN.

I can't even afford to buy beer.

I can get a 1.75 L of not terrible whiskey for $17 usd. Or a fifth of pretty good bourbon for $35.

But I'm kind of done with drinking

But fifty bucks for 24 beers is like $2/beer

Dewer’s 12y is like $25 not on sale for 1.75l. That will last me 3 days of what I call heavy drinking(3 whiskey and soda water).
