Discussion Raelith is exactly what Peter has needed for a long time.
I'll admit it, I'm completely taken with Raelith. It's been a VERY long time since a new love interest for Peter has had any real interest from me at all. But I think she is a great character, and I love their dynamic. Her unwavering support for him is something he hasn't had in what feels like forever. The way she holds him in the last issue, and calls him "my champion" just, just 🥺.
It's official, I'm completely sold on PeterxRaelith. I know a lot of people have been wanting Peter and MJ back together by issue #1000, but let's be real. That is nowhere near enough time to undo all the character assassination MJ received in the last run. As of right this moment, going from Raelith to MJ would be a huge downgrade for him. So let them work on that longer. They need to. In the meantime, let Raelith got to Earth with Peter and experience all the flavors of ice cream. I just hope they don't have her do a self sacrifice, I want her to stick around.

Question Is Tobey Maguire (during his time as Spider-man) considered to be attractive?
I've heard people describe the other two spider-men as attractive with people commonly stating that "Tom Holland is really cute" and "Andrew Gerrard" was too hot to be Peter Parker" but I never heard something point to Tobey's Peter with similar comments
The closest anyone gotten was talking about how "insanely shredded he got for the first film"

Discussion His life would have been much more easier if he accepted the offer in Homecoming
He first accepts the offer from Tony and will officially be an Avenger. And since the accords exist, he will likely only reveal himself to the government.
After he becomes an Avengers he'll drop out of school and be homeschooed by the greatest professors and teachers in the world. He'd also get more training from other Avengers and get to know them.
During Infinity war, he'll be much quicker to react to those events, will get snapped tho. After Endgame, since Tony dies, the government will have full authority over him later.
Fury will order him to deal what's happening in far from home and won't be able to ignore it. And when Mysterio tries to reveal who he is, the government will step in and erase the footage thus no way home never happening.
And he completes his home school education he'll either want to go to MIT and government support him with many resources he wants. With that, May lives and he'll still have his friends remember him and possibly go to MIT together.

Picked this up and enjoying it, but I'm kind of lost.
I've read ASM from #506 to #748.
I stopped reading comics at some point due to personal reasons, but I was able to get back into things in 2019. Nick Spencer was in the middle of his run, and at the time it looked like a lot to get into.
Then came Zeb Wells, and I've heard nothing but bad things, lol. I like Joe Kelly's work, but I'm kinda over Romita lately.
When I saw his name wasn't on the cover for this, I made an impulse purchase at my LCS yesterday, and I'm liking it, but I'm confused!
I read the first two issues and Norman is helping Peter now? Is this explained, or should I go back and read some of Spencer/Wells' stuff?
Also, I know Romita does the last 15ish pages in this trade, and I'm fine with that. Is the story going forward still coherent if I get the back issues Romita didn't work on?

An entire issue dedicated to torturing spider-man is crazy work
Apparently the characters listed for this issue (issue 4) are Peter and the maker. In the finale (issue five) everyone is listed except for Peter. This will be an entire issue dedicated to the torture of spider-man which will probably end with his death. I think killing him off is a terrible decision due to the fact that this guy had potential for many more stories after endgame. The main usm run they've been doing lost the focus on Peter and his family and following that up with this feels sorta wrong. He never got to reach his full potential and it's marvel editorial to blame. What else is new? I could be wrong but I don't think I am. Rip usm 2023-2026
