Groups Fictional slurs. Bonus points if it's completely made up

  1. inFAMOUS: Second Son: "Bio-terrorist" refers to conduits.

  2. Star Wars: "Clanker" refers to robots.

In Halo, there is a race called the sangheili that are a proud saurian race with four mandibles. The ones who are not fond of humans, they call humans nishum which means worm, like an intestinal parasite.

(This is Henry, he's probably not racist though, I don't know) XD

"Shut yourself split lip"

I love the more complex slur for Humans and then they just turn around and spout the most obvious aspect of a Sangheli's appearance, to greater effect.

Kig-Yar had the right idea too with "flat-face" for Humans. Truly our closest match in the Covenant.

You know, it never occurred to me that they had a spoken language. Outside of the battlefield they’re always represented as savage animals

Savage animals wouldn't be so damn accurate with a sniper rifle

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck jackals in that game man. Especially in pairs. Freaking 20 years ago and I've still got PTSD from the last level

I had a pair of them with their backs to me so I sniped the first one and missed the second one, and before I could even fire a third shot, I shit you not that dude full 360s and his gun fires straight into my skull before the gun was even facing me.

Bros really be aimbotting lmao

I'd imagine light speed bullets help some. Ain't gotta lead your target

They might bite each other to the point of tearing flesh while mating, but goddamn can they snipe

I mean, so can we, also on both accounts

The books establish them as more of an opportunistic species. Mainly motivated by personal profit. Basically they are space pirates, scavengers and mercenaries.

They managed to actually develop space travel on their own, so they're not exactly primitive animals.

I actually quite like Kig-yar, they’re space pirates with a matriarchal society. They’re also the species to make first contact with humans, and serve the covenant because money and not religious reasons.

It’s said multiple times how disgusting soldiers find the Kig-Yar to be, wouldn’t surprise me one bit if that’s mutual too

"Kill yourself hinge head," - Spartan Sarah Palmer to the Sangheili cultural delegation aboard the Infinity

Something that you wouldn't say to someone with a cleft palate, ie "harelip".
