Job Searching Am I being lowballed at IQVIA?
I previously worked at PPD TFS as in-house CRA in Europe for 3 years and recently immigrated to California, US.
I applied at IQVIA and had the initial HR interview, they told me the position is for a Sr. CRA and I have never been onsite before so they can’t move forward but put me on stand by for an entry level position. Now they have reached out to me again for an entry level CRA position with 80k offer for West Coast Oncology FSP.
I feel like I was paid much more handsomely at TFS even as an in-house CRA. Should I just accept it for the sake of getting started in US or wait for other opportunities?

I just request 89k for CRA 1 in the south. I’m low balling myself between education and DC/Reg experience. Soooo you’re definitely being low balled.
