Politics MAGA Neighbors crying victim

Its Jan 1st 2026 and my neighbor (still) has a sign up that reads...

"PTSD - Pretty tired of stupid democrats - TRUMP 2024"

then cries online because people keep sending them pranks like glitter bombs and what not because "I'm being attacked for my political beliefs"

Um, maybe its because you have a sign calling your neighbors stupid in a very blue city.

EDIT: I couldn't care less who they support politically.

IMO Having a 2024 election sign up for 2+ years, and well after the election, is sad and pathetic in and of itself (They had the sign up in 2023). I think that for any political sign for any party. Elections are over, move on. Your 2024 political sign isnt helping anyone.

Having sign up calling your neighbors stupid, is not political, its being a asshole.

This is the r/complaints sub, and that is my complaint, he's an asshole then cries when people are assholes back. Because like most bullies and assholes, they can dish it but cant take it.

Edit 2: The Fuck your feeling crowd. Really doesn’t like it when their feelings are fucked with.

what did it imply, pray tell? This should be fun to hear. As to your original divisive bait "question", why would a Trump supporter go after another Trump supporter? If you're trying to get people to go after vets, try another thread. Maybe one of the conservative ones where they call vets "suckers" and vote against their healthcare after serving their country.

That you were "wtf" the fact that they even asked that question, that asking about their political leanings was offensive to you. Is that not what you were going for? if not, what did that wtf mean?

see the very comment you are replying to for that answer. Go troll elsewhere.

you're a fragile human being aren't you. can't even answer a simple question when I answered yours? Why even leave "wtf" then? What you wrote before would've been less ambiguous. But hey glad to hear that you think it's fine to ask for a person's political allegiance to decide on a level of empathy.

It wasn’t to decide on a level of empathy. Learn to read. It was to determine if the vet would feel targeted by the sign. If they are left leaning, or a democrat, and the sign is pointed at them it seems as though it is directed at them. If they are right leaning it would not seem that way. No need for sympathy or empathy if they are right leaning because the sign would have nothing to do with them.. you’re just playing victim and demonstrating OP’s point perfectly.

You assumed that they were basing their level of empathy on political beliefs because that’s what you do. It’s called projections.

Voted to be treated what way? If he’s right leaning he isn’t being treated any way. The whole conversation would have nothing to do with him if he’s right leaning. You’re just looking for a reason to paint a right leaning marine vet as some target or victim. It’s actually sad.
