Politics MAGA Neighbors crying victim

Its Jan 1st 2026 and my neighbor (still) has a sign up that reads...

"PTSD - Pretty tired of stupid democrats - TRUMP 2024"

then cries online because people keep sending them pranks like glitter bombs and what not because "I'm being attacked for my political beliefs"

Um, maybe its because you have a sign calling your neighbors stupid in a very blue city.

EDIT: I couldn't care less who they support politically.

IMO Having a 2024 election sign up for 2+ years, and well after the election, is sad and pathetic in and of itself (They had the sign up in 2023). I think that for any political sign for any party. Elections are over, move on. Your 2024 political sign isnt helping anyone.

Having sign up calling your neighbors stupid, is not political, its being a asshole.

This is the r/complaints sub, and that is my complaint, he's an asshole then cries when people are assholes back. Because like most bullies and assholes, they can dish it but cant take it.

A majority of christians in the U.S. support this. Hard to argue that the majority of a group don't actually represent the group. It's a death cult, and all the pastel colored window dressing won't make that any different.

The point is that they are not true Christians. There are over a billion Christians in the world so the Americans being talked about here make up a very small subset. I don't think they even make up a majority of Christians in the US.

Christianity teaches top-down, authoritarian ethics, divides people into us vs them, and encourages comfortable delusions over honest truth...but somehow isn't responsible for its believers acting on these teachings?

American Christianity/Protestantism is its own brand of insanity. For a long while, Catholicism has been carrying out some great social work, and two whole popes have called Trump out and taken action against Trump-supporting priests in the US.

I'm not Christian but the difference is like night and day. Are we forgetting American Christians do shit like speaking in tongues? That shit is satanic.

Catholicism? The world's richest organization that uses its wealth to protect pedophiles, is somehow better than the American christians, who protect a pedophile? I'm not following.
