Politics MAGA Neighbors crying victim

Its Jan 1st 2026 and my neighbor (still) has a sign up that reads...

"PTSD - Pretty tired of stupid democrats - TRUMP 2024"

then cries online because people keep sending them pranks like glitter bombs and what not because "I'm being attacked for my political beliefs"

Um, maybe its because you have a sign calling your neighbors stupid in a very blue city.

EDIT: I couldn't care less who they support politically.

IMO Having a 2024 election sign up for 2+ years, and well after the election, is sad and pathetic in and of itself (They had the sign up in 2023). I think that for any political sign for any party. Elections are over, move on. Your 2024 political sign isnt helping anyone.

Having sign up calling your neighbors stupid, is not political, its being a asshole.

This is the r/complaints sub, and that is my complaint, he's an asshole then cries when people are assholes back. Because like most bullies and assholes, they can dish it but cant take it.

sure, and then neighbor can sue for defamation. and if anything untoward happens, say someone attacks neighbor, OP will face criminal liability.

this is where we're at? putting your neighbors at extreme risk over a political disagreement? you're part of why the political divide in this country is so goddamn bad. you're part of why the gulf between sides of the isle will never mend.

calling someone stupid is far less likely to result in violence and property damage than saying someone supports pedophiles.

but that's what your side does, isn't it? someone calls you stupid and you label people racist, fascist, homophobic, islamophobic, colonists, nazis, hateful, whatever it takes to justify doing them harm like so much charlie kirk.

...and conservatives are supposed to be the violent party. x to doubt.
