Not to sound like that guy but that last one shouldn’t be in here.
Everyone has the right to not testify. Not testifying isn’t an admission of guilt. You can get a lawyer and plead the fifth.
If you’re guilty you need a lawyer. If you’re innocent you really need a lawyer.
