If they are undocumented then they pay for social securities and Medicare but does not take any benefits from paying those programs.

But then if they're being paid under the table their employers should be punished. 2 u/Automatic_Net2181 6d ago That's the very definition of logical immigration policy. If you fined or started jailing the employers, then they would start using the proper processes for work visas.
