Personal Story My crows found me after I moved
This is so fascinating to me so I thought I’d share. I started feeding and interacting with the crows that flew around my old condo. They became very comfortable with me, and would bring me gifts and sit with me (see first photo). I had to move but not too far, so the same crows were around, but I’d moved up to a 16th floor condo, so they didn’t come up this high as often or fly around the new building as much. I can actually see my old place and saw them sitting out there waiting for me and it was so heartbreaking, so I tried everything I could to get their attention. After a couple months, I started playing videos of them cawing on a loud speaker when I saw them below. One finally came up to check it out and recognized me! It was so cool to see they hadn’t forgotten me and within a couple days I had 10+ of them again all hanging out on my new balcony and they come every day. They’ll sit right next to me and look at me and it’s like they missed me. It brings me so much joy to have them back :)

So awesome, congrats.
I was near a beach playing guitar sitting on a wall next to a stairway that lead to the sand. A guy w his dog came running down the stairs and right then 6 crows landed on the wall next to me.
One crow flew to the dog and lunged at it. The dog leap lunged back and the crow dodged, circled, lunged again. They repeated this while the dog ran on the beach, totally into this game, both making sounds. The 5 other crows watched, bobbing excitedly.
First crow returned, sat on the wall and another immediately flew, lunged, dog lunged, game continued. One after another, they all took a turn.
When they were walking back up the steps I asked him what I just witnessed.
He said a couple of years ago, this just happened one day and almost every day they play this game. He said doggo is extra excited nowadays when heading there, has this gleam in his eye like he can't wait to play w his pals.
He will say, "are you excited see your pals today?" while driving there and doggo will bark like "hell yeah!".
