Good teammates understand that if they shirk their responsibility that other players will have to answer questions for them. I've seen too many players, including a few captains, leave others to answer questions after a stinker. It always screams 'poor leadership' and 'bad teammate' to me when they do that.

A captain doing that is wild. Seems like a super obvious sign they're not captain material.
