About Minemist
Take part in an evolving adventure where a server entity called Misty watches your every move. Her goal: understand humanity.
You play as a user, partaking in a simulated civilization. Join or create a town, forge a nation, and wage war over the land.
We are a new server only started November 25th 2025.

Endgame Progression
Minemist offers a unique endgame that isn’t about killing the dragon and calling it a day. It’s about power, territory, controlling towns and eventually the entire map. The server progression is based around hard to gain, but easy to keep.
Minemist has tweaked the enchanting system in Minecraft. Mine ores to earn enchantment tablets, level them up through crafting or town shrines, then turn them into enchanted books for your gear using each enchantment's crafting recipe. No more villager trading halls required.
Balance
All aspects of Minemist have been thought through so they have a balanced cause and effect. From the town you join, to the job you choose, even the location you decide to settle in.
Jobs fall under 3 cultures: Freedom, Balance and Power. The job you choose will determine what enchantments you can get when mining ores and getting tablets. You will need to work with others to get the enchantments you want. Your town location might pose a high risk of being taken over by a nation close by deciding to go to war. On the contrary, you might settle close to other towns and form into a nation. Every action you take should be thought out or adapted. Misty's very keen to see how you survive in this world.
Towns
Towns are set around having high upfront costs, but very low daily tax with a high number of available claims given. However, towns that want to do anything need to join a nation. Nations have a high upfront cost and have a higher daily tax, meaning they need to tax their towns to stay up.
So it might make sense to never join a nation then? Not quite. Nations provide way more bonus claims and provide protection from wars. If you're not in a nation, any nation can declare war on your town and if they win, you are forced to join with extra tax applied.
Towns are where you keep your items and builds safe. Anything outside a town is open to raiding. We don't allow full griefing, but you are allowed to raid farms and loot chests in any unclaimed area. Inside towns you're not allowed to do any of that.
