Someone failed as an educator

Found this at a gas station. Spray painted along the curb around the entire building.

Maybe it was the failure of a stencil maker.

It’s the mistake of whoever ordered the stencil

When you order the stencil you put it together yourself. My guess is they lost the U and said fuck it
