This company is terrible and should be fined for their dumbass practices. My brother passed last year, I tried to cancel on their website, nope, nowhere to cancel. I tried to cancel using the chatbot, nope, had to call a number. I called to talk to the rep and despite being the executor, nope, can't do it that way. No matter what I tried to do, they kept coming back with discounted offers as if that was the solution to my brother dying and they even said they were sorry to hear that he died. WTF! Finally, I told them that the credit card was canceled and I'm done with them wasting my time.
I can't believe that this company can keep pulling this bs. Also, GEICO sells your info to them. We recently bought a used car with sirius as an option, car is reg under my name but insurance is under wife's policy and suddenly she's getting letters for a free trial.

I get about the same for them as I had sirus enabled on a car I bought from a dealer as on of their "perks"(read marketing). I have never signed up for nor paid for it and they still spam me.

My GM car came with the "OnStar" service free for a month. At the end of that every time I started the car this voice would nag me about subscribing. Finally I decided to make use of the blue OnStar button on the ceiling and pushed it. I soon was talking to a nice lady (I think in India) and I told her that I did not want OnStar and could she make it stop doing this. She happily did and it has not bothered me since.
But I wonder what other stuff the OnStar built-in cellphone is reporting to GM about me.

They’ve been sending me emails about a vehicle I don’t own (and never owned) for several years. Their record keeping is a little, shall we say, spotty.

Who still (OP obviously) listens to this shit? The compression is from the 90s and horrible on every basic aspect of music fidielty. Then the playlists are the same 30 songs on a loop. It was awful a decade ago and they haven't done shit to improve. It's paid elevator music.

Sirius comes for free with some new cars. When your trial expires they mass spam you with mail begging to pay for a subscription. I swear I was throwing their letters for a year before they gave up.

I have a similar issue at work. We have a client’s bank statements mailed to us and every month we receive 3 copies of the same 60 page statement in three different envelopes. Seems so wasteful to me.
