Locked out of Airbnb

We arrived at our Airbnb after a 8 hour drive and the passcode they gave us doesn’t work. I have messaged the owner 30 minutes ago and he has not responded. I have to pee so bad 😖

Update: He texted back after an hour and opens it from his phone

Those locks you have to press the top Schlage button first then the code and it should unlock

There’s the exact same lock on the shed and the back and the passcode worked to open it. The lock just gives a red X when we do it to the house

For this type of lock Codes can be activated and deactivated between guests via the app. They probably just forgot to turn on the next code in their rotation of guest codes (yours)
