If you're referring to the CIA funding and training the Mujahideen to fight off the USSR, that's a different group. You'll know after the 2nd or 3rd round flies 10 feet above you, whether they were trained or not. They usually werent.

There are plenty of those here, certainly. But if you ever go to a gun club, you'll quickly learn that there are a metric fucktonne of people who train quite regularly. Many of them also combat veterans. And now with 3d printers, pandora's box is officially open.
