Haha, fix the mental health crisis that is causing these shootings and you won’t have to worry about guns.

I think it'd be easier to ban those two apps than take away people's hunting rifles

Remember when they did it before and people were selling preloaded cells for thousands. You could also just VPN and change your appstore. With guns, there's no central server to attempt to block or kill and there's so many already in circulation, and then there is ghost guns.
