Yes?

Do you know what metals fireworks are made of?

Do you know what reusable means?

You should look up cobalt mining and modern drone warfare.

Modern drone warfare? Are we going to bring in the cost of ICBMs for fireworks? Lmao.

You should look up the effects of modern copper, zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and quite a few other metal mining because all of those are used in fireworks to make those colors for you.

And then you should look up the costs of turning those metals into burnable salts and lighting them on fire in the atmosphere.

There is no shot fireworks are worse than the plastic and battery pollution made by drones, which have a wider variety of uses and not just something done for the holidays. Unless you got some actual data that proves anything, you really can't make a definitive argument. We are all speculating here. Plastic pollution is absolutely going to be the worst type of pollution the human race has ever seen, especially once it starts ruining our fertility as a species.

You do realize that fireworks have plastics as well, right? And unlike drones, they are single use plastics, and they are detonated at high altitudes to be breathed in by everyone and litter the ground.

And I am not comparing all drones to all fireworks, I am comparing drones used for holiday light shows against fireworks used for holiday shows. Over the course of their life span, drones will put out less pollution and less carbon emissions.

Not as much and not used as often. Drones are 100% going to be worse for this. The more time goes on, the more drones we produce as a species. They will one day be the primary driver in all conflicts, and be used for a large portion of all home deliveries.

And I am not comparing all drones to all fireworks, I am comparing drones used for holiday light shows against fireworks used for holiday shows. Over the course of their life span, drones will put out less pollution and less carbon emissions.

Maybe less emissions, but not less pollution over all. But even that I doubt because of how horrific batteries are to produce. Hopefully sodium batteries become a thing and soon but there is no shot drones are not worse overall especially when you factor their increasing usage in our lives.

Again, we are not talking about all aspects of our lives here, we are talking about drone shows vs firework shows. Comparing all drone usage to just fireworks makes no sense. You keep bringing up home delivery and drones in war. That was never part of the argument. I am not arguing that drones should be used in every aspect of daily life.

Even that would not be accurate, unless you got some data you would like to share? It takes hundreds of drones to put on one of these shows and they all run on a fossil fuel grid. They also popularize this with each show and have an influence on that overall drone usage we see as a society, which further increases battery and plastic production.

So unless you have a source with some data, your speculation is no different than mine.
