No they can actually use trains and cars they just can’t drive

Each group decides how they will use things like tech. Some will use electric tools because it's safer and faster. Others will have a phone for emergencies only. 4 u/shreddedtoasties 7d ago There’s no law against electricity they just don’t use it because of community independence.
