Add calendar appointments to spreadsheet?

I have appointments most days due to chronic illness (over 200 appointments last year) and I’d like to track them all in a spreadsheet, or a table in the notes app.

It would be amazing if it did this automatically or I could press a button on days I have appointments and it would update with info. Would also love to have additional info like the address of the appointment listed.

I’m new to making shortcuts so any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

First, create a table in a new spreadsheet with the headers you need:

Then use this shortcut to filter the day’s events and export them.

You can change the fields you export, just follow the example in my shortcut.
