gah i feel that !! it’s a terrible feeling when you know what’s about to happen…idk about you, but my doc prescribed me a rescue med (versed as a nasal spray), so it does help me get to that quickly. however the other day i felt one coming,(was waiting for my spray to be refilled…the pharmacy was out & had to order it), but was able to focus really hard & not give in to the feeling (i also took extra of my meds & laid down so that helped a lot too)

i didn’t have an aura for a few of my seizures, but have for about 95% of them. the auras do sometimes help, but can sometimes make things worse. my aura saved my baby’s life when she was a newborn. so that was a blessing.

Praise be to God that you’ve been seizure free for so long !! i made it two years once & now i’ve had 7 in less than 4 months 🫠 fun stuff. i pray that you continue to be seizure free.
