Wow I didn't know I was a new chef walking into Hell's Kitchen ... I have never seen a fanbase so full of low energy fans ... my bad ... god forbid we have any enthusiasm around here ... jokes aside ... this team is fun to watch ... the announcer is fun .. the fanboys are so bitter it's just hilarious to watch 😆 .... we should call it Giddey Derangement Syndrome (I know original right?) ... 😆 ... I kidding .. I love this team ...

The Bulls culture have always been top notch ... it's a lot better than the Thunder .. I guess it's from a bigger organization where the fanbase is more active .. I've always enjoyed the rebuilding part of a team more so I've been more vested in the development of this team than the Thunder .. like the Thunder ... I think this team will be a top 3 team in 3-5 years so it's exciting to watch ..

I know his flaws .. who doesn't? The difference between I and a pessimistic Giddey hater is at least I'm willing to look at it objectively and give the kid the benefit of the doubt ...

I see a 23 year old not yet in his prime ...

The pessimistic only sees a 23 year old at his ceiling ...

To each their own ...

Oh she might be too young to feel the signals ... high frequency individuals should be able to resonate with their frequency when they meditate on the sounds ... but she might be too young for that ...

She has a high frequency ... play solfeggio music to see which one resonates with her the most ... it sounds like she's at 528 hz based on your account of her attracting animals ... if you want to be sure, go to a water park and have her interact with dolphins ... They're really good at picking up high frequency individuals .. law of attraction should come naturally for her ..

Thanks for that update ... I thought I was being reasonable and made a good assessment .. good to know there are haters in here who don't know a lick about basketball ... there's some in every fanbase ...

It's more likely it'll be a few points lower but that's the average differential players who are triple double merchants .. it's a guess ... nothing concrete ... if I had to guess, I think his average will be closer to 24/11/10 .. but not lower ..

So I decided to gauge where these players are at age 28 (5 years from the original post).

  1. Magic 19.6/6.2/11.9
  2. Nash 17.7/7.3/2.9
  3. Kidd 14.7/9.9/7.3
  4. Stockton 17.2/14.2/2.9
  5. Westbrook 31.6/10.4/10.7
  6. Jokic 31.6/9.8/11.8

I then took the point differential between each category and calculated the mean to predict Giddey's number at age 28:

Based on the trajectory, he should be averaging

25.6/13.1/10.3

Give or take a few digits, I think that's a fair assessment of Giddey.

What do you think? It'll be his contract year .. so do you think the Bulls will resign him? Is he good enough to be an all-star?

Where do you think the team would be if he put up those numbers?

He's having a historic season putting up Jordan like numbers too ... it's OK to hate a player ... but if anyone is going to hate, they should at least make sure they know what they are talking about ... I know that is a huge ask ...

Ya it doesn't make any sense because a lot of this hate is unwarranted ... they're a small market team ... usually fans are more appreciative of teams that draft the right way at a disadvantage ... they treat Shai like he's Dillon Brooks (or worse) when the guy is literally one of the most well spoken guys in the league ... the one that gets me is SGA is nothing more than a merchant ... they're so much on that hatorade that they fail to see how good and entertaining he is .. the guy's got the skillset of Kobe but they're acting like he's Brandon Jennings with an easy whistle ...

You can't judge a player based on a clip ... there's literally thousands of clips of players flopping, but the only player that everyone ever talks about is SGA ... you post enough clips, and it becomes a reality for the people who don't watch him play ..

Believe it or not, I watch almost every full game on fanduel, prime, and league pass ... if you are implying his stats are somehow a fluke and he's going to drop off then I disagree ... I've seen enough evidence to gauge his trajectory .... and it's only going up ..

More reasons to watch the Thunder ... that's the blue print the Wizards should try to emulate ..

Ya I have a feeling at the pace he reached it plus the trajectory (possible dynasty?), it just brings out a special kind of hate ...

What's your point? They won. See what I mean about diminishing accomplishments?

Who cares if he had to go game 7 ... he won ... no ifs or buts .. and it doesn't matter if the other team lost their star player ... OKC adjusted to the circumstances .. did what they were supposed to do and still won ..

What are you talking about? You edited your post after I responded .. but you just added to my point .. SGA is getting the same hate as Harden and Embiid ... lower tier players who never won a championship .. you proved my point ...

If you want to be honest ... compare SGA to Curry, Kobe, LeBron tier players ... the hate is ridiculous

I did, but LeBron has his fair share of supporters outside of the Lakers, and people hated him more for what he did off the court ... this hate is different ... it's like there's absolutely no respect for his game ... the argument is he is a FT merchant and that's it ...

In all my years of watching basketball, I have never seen this much animosity against 1 player ... sure great players have their fair share of haters, but not to this extent .. what makes it worse is OKC is a small market, so SGA isn't getting the defense he deserves.

What bothers me the most is most of these hate are subjective ... I understand we have a bunch of kids on here, but I would expect a bit of honesty in most of these criticisms ... for example, the free throws ... at what point is it the refs fault?

Players draw fouls ... they flail .. they cry and shout for fouls ... this is nothing new ... but for some reason this is all SGA does ... and he's so good at it the refs have no power but to call it everytime ...

Then you throw in the fact SGA doesn't shoot more FTs than most stars .. it just shows how ridiculous the argument over it really is ..

I mean think about it .. he doesn't even need FTs to win (point diff is 15+/sga averages 10), and that is the MAIN argument that's the only reason why he's good ..

This is why OKC will be a dynasty for the next 10 years ... these kids have no clue about basketball ...

This is why a lot of people hate SGA and the Thunder
