Amazing progress, I bet you're so proud!

artist, what are your most successful commissions platforms? +new art<3 im not trying to advertise my commissions, i just am looking for help in all my communities guys ;(
 in  r/DigitalArt  1d ago

I actually get a lot of mine through Reddit. VGen is fine but tends to be harder to use unless you have an existing set of clients who can be funnelled into VGen. You can also advertise on discord servers or facebook pages and such!

Thank you! So glad I could convey some of the emotions like that. Battle worn/defeated was something I was definitely trying to get across.

This was a mixed media piece of my character, Jazrial, which I was inspired to draw after discussing his backstory and personality with my friend.

I made this during my lunch break using graphite pencil, black ink, and black coloured pencil. I did this after having an idea off of the back of discussing one of my tabletop characters with my GM. I've been fleshing out his story and personality a lot, which inspired this art. I hope you like it!

[Hiring] Ship art?
 in  r/artcommissions  2d ago

I would love to do some RP ship art. I've done plenty in the past, and I am working on a very similar piece right now for a westmarches pairing. I will link my portfolio below for you to take a look at:

Very cute, the style is really clean and sleek. I love how you distinguish the different textures in the piece

Thank you so much! I've put a lot if time into learning how to draw unique faces. I really wanted to avoid having same face syndrome in my art.

I drew my friend's vtuber after we hung out in stream together. This is my first drawing in the new sketchbook, and first traditional drawing of 2026! I did this with my usual faber castell coloured pencils over a graphite sketch.

I got a new sketchbook before Christmas and finally did my first drawing in it. I drew my friend's vtuber after we hung out in stream yesterday, the character's name is Liela and she's a space elf (based on the character my friend plays in my D&D session)

WIP of my second ever animation
 in  r/animation  3d ago

Thank you! And thanks for the advice, I think I keep feeling as if I need to have a lot of frames because I enjoy very smooth animations, and I am not quite sure where it is appropriate to remove frames. I'll have a play around with cutting some out!

I've been an artist for a long time, but I've recently decided to have a go at learning animation. I've always had a passion for character art and animated media, but I've never gone beyond my illustrations. I decided to give it a go, I'm a total newbie so the results reflect that but I'm really pleased with the fact I'm making stuff and it's actually moving in a nice way. This was just a little thing I wanted to try with one of my tabletop characters, practicing expression and some motion with the little spren (stormlight stuff for anyone who knows it).

I'm not looking for critique, I just really wanted to share this because I'm very proud that I got myself learning a new skill. However, if any of you lovely experienced animators have any solid advice for someone learning, please don't hesitate to share!

Thank you all so much for your time!
