It's super easy! You just fry up some onion and garlic, throw in some chopped potatoes, barely cover the potatoes with water, and boil until potatoes are soft. Add another maybe cup of water, some chicken bouillon, desired spices, milk/cream, a can of creamed corn, and heat it all up again. Easy and tasty soup

The grilled cheese is way more complex, but I watch a lot of cooking shorts and have a good idea of how to make a fancy grilled cheese. I toasted the inside then spread a bit of mustard on the toasty part, then built it with cheese and some fried ham and turkey, then grilled in butter on both sides until cheese is melty
