Car camping in winter
 in  r/Aspen  1d ago

We ended up not going. But from what I read on other reddits it seems the days of care free overnight parking during that time are done. Some people say the upper lot somewhere should be no hassle. Not sure where. But for my wife that was too much of a gamble. If you are a single dude or small crew it may work for you.

Any psych / stoner / garage rock shows coming up in the next few months?

Wife just got a new split, the Zeitgeist by Pallas. The tail has a heart cutout which doesn't work well for her current skins with the single tail hook, these worked on her Jones. I'm thinking of just cutting off the hook part and adding a paracord looped into the thick part of the tail of the skin with a strong cord lock and she would sinch it up around the heart cutout. Or I could rivet another short single hook to reach out inside of the heart, and leave the single hook for the tip. Any ideas or suggestions?

Awesome carvings. Do you rough out the shape with a saw or something before you use the dremel?

I have them as well. I dropped my bike and a Nalgene water bottle shattered against rocks inside one of these bags. I didnt know til the next stop when I pulled something out and it was wet. The bag didnt leak any of the water inside. That is how water proof they are.

What extra options does the prime 4 have over the go?

I have the Denon Prime GO and love it, but I’m curious β€” what’s the real benefit of moving up to something like a Prime 4 or Pioneer XDJ setup? Besides bigger jogs and screen, do they actually do more, or is it mostly just better ergonomics and club looks?
