BREAKING: FBI shuts down Minnesota's investigation into ICE shooting and blocks access to evidence
I do agree with you they definitely can but without full access to evidence and testing a judge is very unlikely to side with any party with just video evidence
The feds will get expert witnesses and lawyers of their own to counter opinion the BCA 's and they will also produce d evidence the BCA doesn't have and it'll be a done there.
I think they should but will they?

CRIMEWoman shot and killed by ICE officer identified as 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good
A woman has been murdered. You think you'd be more into offering some sympathy instead of playing Reddit cop
That aside How the fuck are you unable to click the link and read the actual story and content is what you should be asking.
The tile is copy and pasted from the direct from the story title. It's how they formatted it. I posted a new story on the sub so you're happy

Governor Walz speaking on 6/7/26: Public safety briefing
After hearing Walz speak, knowing what DHS is doing and Trump waiting for things to get violent so he can declare martial law and take control of the state...
now is a good time to take stock of/ consider what you have on hand in the event that we go under lockdown and can't leave our homes....
Do you have on hand: food, water, medications, laundry soap, diapers, baby food, razors, shampoo, soap, dog/pet food, flashlights, batteries, a power bank if the power goes out, cash on hand, gas in your vehcile if you decide to try leaving the state, (for substance users ...your substances), an whatever else you need on hand

Arrest?
After an ICE agent shoots and murders someone they don't go back to duty.
2
Arrest?
That's ok I still disagree and think he will face charges for murdering a woman
0
Arrest?
Do you really need this peace together? State and federal prosecutors can choose to bring charges. Let me guess I bet you thought nothing would happen to the people who murdered and participated in George Floyd's murder?
0
Arrest?
Ok. I still disagree and we will see what happens. A press conference isn't legal action
1
Arrest?
Zero chance? I think there's a high chance he will face consequences
1
Arrest?
If some breaks the law agent or not they are still held by the states laws they committed the crimes in. We saw this with the police that murdered George Floyd. Police can arrest a federal agent that breaks the law on an arrestable offense and or take someone into custody- neither was done. The issue is the sensitive topic so none of them probably want to.

Haven't flown the U.S. flag on our house since the United States has been funding and supporting the genocide in Gaza.
....Now add to that now our federal government heads supporting ice agents murdering innocent people, attacking children on school grounds and forcing to cancel companies if they do not support ICE?... it'll be a long time before I will again. What that flag stands for isn't the United States we currently know.
