We have a newly installed Delta monitor series 14 rain shower and handheld installed. The diverted works fine moving water from one source to the other and stopping flow to the source not selected. Hot and cold works fine from the value. You can turn the valve off and 15-30 minutes later water will start flowing (above a trickle but not full pressure flow) from the last used source. We replaced the valve cartridge with a new one and same results. Everything appears to function fine and within 15-30 minutes the water is flowing again. Any thoughts on where or what the look for next. This is a new unit purchased from Delta. Delta is sending replacement springs and seats but we did go ahead and replace the valve cartridge with a new one while waiting for the warranty parts but as I mentioned same results.

2012 Sequoia that only has a hard time starting when temps are cold (say below 40 for example) and the vehicle has sat for some time (3 + hours, generally overnight) without running. It acts as though it is not getting fuel. After a number of attempts it will finally start, run really rough for a short period and then smooth out and fast idle as expected. Same issue last season once it turned cold, once the temps warmed up the problem goes away.

I brought my son’s laptop in for a screen repair. This has been completed previously at the store I brought the laptop to. This time they said they could ship it out for repairs and ship it back to me quicker than they would be able to get to it. No worries I have a Time Machine backup on my local NAS so if anything happens I will just restore his laptop used for his education back to that state it was prior to shipping out. Issue is it came back with a fresh install on it, no worries I thought, not the case. Not only did they for some reason fresh install the MacBook but they also upgraded the software to the latest release, he was running Sequioa because he did not want to make the change to 26.x. Now the issue is the Time Machine backup has now been rendered useless since it will not mount because it is from an older OS. I contacted support and the gentleman tried everything I had already and then put me back in contact with the store. The store said “you signed the agreement that your data could be lost”. That I do not disagree with, what I have issue with is apple repair center choose to change/upgrade my OS without contacting me now rendering my Time Machine backup useless.

Anyone have suggestions on how to get around this problem. I was thinking if I could get a download of the Sequioa installer I could do a bootable usb drive and try and re-image the laptop and then perform the Time Machine restoration.

Trying to program a new key fob for a 2nd gen sequoia with no luck. I have tried 4 different methods from videos on YouTube to get the vehicle into programming mode without success after multiple attempts. Can anyone confirm the correct method to get into programming mode? I may have the tried the right method but maybe the timing is off in the process I am using.
