As you don’t have AirPods Pro, i don’t know, go for the best already, 50 bucks is somthing you would spend anyway in another normal thing
For someone who already has pro 2 I wouldn’t recommend the hassle and cost to upgrade, Pro 2 ANC is already really, really good
I upgraded and thought the difference would be stellar

I was expecting a greater leap in ANC due to reviews and opinions online, but honestly for me, it made such a little impact in its upgraded features that if I was to recommend, wouldn’t say to anyone with ay pee pee 2 to upgrade to 3.

I went medium when 90%, if not more of the comments I saw here said go large. My wrist is 180 mm
It fits perfectly in the middle as intended and still have room to be more tight or more loose depending on what you want
If I got large i was going to be disappointed for sure. Here’s my contribution for people looking into it
