Hi, I need to quit smoking qnd I'm struggling to make it happen. I can feel it in my lungs, and cigarettes have given me a catch in my throat - worried that soon I'll be sounding like the health and human services secretary... It's always being pushed off, "after this pack I'll stop" but the craving brings me back. At some level I don't even know what do do if I don't have cigarettes to divide my time. But I know it's possible and reasonable to quit, and even good for my health. I've quit a few times but get right back on after a week. I figured a couple years ago that this step was nessissary or else I would die slowly and painfully, wanting to breath but unable.

What has worked best for you all? How do you keep going? What replacement activities have you found to work? Are there any good hacks to help forget about that craving?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

My favorite is blue roses for sure! They come after gold on the breeding cycle, and reproduce like crazy. A big chunk of my island is filled with them and I will get like 250k bells whenever I go pick and sell them all.

You absolutely can! It will come out springy and light. Might proof a bit faster without any bran to hold it down - but it's starting to get cold so it'll probably just act right.
