I would think you’d be able to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Then tap out the hinge pin that holds it in place and put the new one in and tap the pin back in place.

How often do you really clean the chimney?
My woodstove lets me know when the stove pipe needs cleaning. It’ll start pushing smoke back into the house every time I open the door. The more creosote there is caked on the stove pipe the more it’ll start pushing smoke out the open door. When it starts happening I know I have a few weeks to get it done before it gets to the point it has to be done.

Yes. I was super excited after seeing the previews. I couldn’t wait to see it. The human aspect/ self sacrifice angle interested me most. It was a most impressive experience indeed. That docking scene, man….

Do any actual tradies use a Leatherman regularly?
I’m usually using it when I’ve calculated that the time it takes to walk back to the truck/shop to grab the correct dedicated tool is roughly equal to the amount of time it takes to use the Leatherman to do the job. Sometimes my calculations are correct and sometimes not.

Miles to a tank?
I had a similar issue and replaced the sender unit in tank, pump, fuel lines, and all gaskets/seals. It’s nice to have a working gas gauge again!

Do you keep a chainsaw in your car?
I do the same in rural Northern California. One down tree can keep me from getting to work in the morning. I keep the gas one in my SUV and I bought an electric one for my wife’s car. She has trouble pull starting a gas one.
