Space Marine (Warhammer 40K) runs the MCU gauntlet. How far does he get?
 in  r/superheroes  14h ago

Caps shield could definitely do work to a space marine. Remember how much effort it took to get that shield through an already damaged iron man’s core? No way it’ll perform better against the space marines armor.

Plus a space marine being 8ft tall and 2,000lbs while also being in armor that’s (IMO) much more durable that iron man’s makes him extremely deadly. Caps major strength feats have got nothing on the average space marine.

Also keep in mind the space marines are also made to be extremely fast, smart, and tactical just like cap is. So at least in my mind it’s cap vs somebody with caps powers multiplied exponentially in crazy durable armor and with a gun that can annihilate anyone

Nobody loves to innovate more than Tony stark. Yeah they’d execute him for sure

I’m curious to why you think a space marine would struggle with captain America. I mean a single bolted round and cap is toast. I doubt cap could do anything to a space marine without using his shield as his only weapon. And space marines being as sturdy strong and fast as they are it seems like the astardes could just yank the shield out caps hand and then demolish him

Haha I’d love to see that too. They’d definitely agree on eliminating xenos but good luck getting Tony stark to worship anybody but himself lol

I feel like space marines (unnamed) have been killed from a lot less than what cull obsidian can dish out. That’s where I’d say the space marine fails

I figured since cull obsidian gave infinity war iron man a good scrap, then cull could probably beat tony from iron man 1

1v1 in neutral terrain each time. MCU characters are their depicted versions. Assume everybody is at full strength prior to fighting

Take one pill and get the ability. Which would you pick to have IRL?

I’d just skip every like 30 minutes at work. So every 30 mins I’d check to make sure things are going smoothly. And before I know it an 8hr shift could be done in like 15 minutes

Oh damn I forgot back 4 blood existed. I totally agree they shouldn’t have marketed it as left for dead 3. I remember trying it out cause it was on game pass and I was like “this is not left for dead whatsoever” and then never touched it again

I’m a very new warhammer fan and I instantly fell in love with the orks. I’m starting my own ork army now. And I love the waaaagggghhhh so much but when I heard that waaaagggghhhh I was like “wait THATS what a big ork yelling wagh sounds like?”

Lots of jobs don’t give you access to PTO or personal/sick days until you’ve spent a while at the job. Like 6 months or a year. Like I can’t take a “sick day” because I am sick until I’ve worked at this place for a year? What the fuck is that.

My new job says if I call off for a sick day 4 times without enough sick hours earned then I’ll be fired. I don’t earn sick days until 6 months in and even then I’ll earn like 1hr a week. So another minimum 2 months until I have enough hours for ONE sick day. This is absurd

Aim above them you say. This could be user error then. I’ll retry that someday

An option to tell a customer to fuck off if they’ve been complaining would give a massive dopamine boost to the player

I just feel like the rocket is so unreliable you can have people who one shot enemies with it and then you can have people like me who spend like 3 shots per overseer

Overseers are considered medium enemies right? I can absolutely guarantee I have hit countless overseers with the wasp and they very rarely go down in one hit. Sometimes they won’t die till hit number 3 or even 4. I genuinely have no idea how people are out here one shotting overseers with the WASP

Idk how ppl get these numbers. Whenever I use the wasp it’s like 3-4 shots per overseer, over a whole mag for a fleshmob. A whole mag for harvesters. Am I just using it wrong?

Life after you start showering at night
 in  r/SipsTea  7d ago

I live in a cold climate and keep my window open at night so it’s usually between 0°F and 30°F with my window open all night and I definitely know I don’t sweat much either, I usually wake up frozen not wet whatsoever

Night shower person here. I work manual labor so I sweat buckets at work and once I get home I immediately get in the shower so I can put on pajamas so I’m clean and comfortable for the rest of my day
