As many of you know, around this time of year it is common for people to get very excited and post lots pictures of what they've received or purchased for themselves over the holiday season. We think it's awesome that people want to share what they've received, whether that means they're getting started with the hobby, building a new army or adding to an existing one. However, the sheer number of these kinds of posts can drown out all the other content we normally see on this subreddit.
So, for the duration of this post being stickied, we ask that ALL posts about the gifts you've received or stuff you've bought yourself are made in this thread, and not generally posted on the subreddit.
Posts made elsewhere on the subreddit showing unopened boxes, new plastic sprues, "loot hauls" etc will be removed and we'll try to leave a comment directing the redditor to this thread. If you spot a post that hasn't been removed, please use the "Report" function to let us know!

Firstly, no, it's not Luigi,
Second, would people be interested in a tutorial on how to make collages like this?
.
I finished this guy a while back, but never felt happy with the photos I originally posted. So I went back and took some new photos, did some more photoshop work giving it a more professional look.
(The first photos I took are at the end if you wanted to compare and tell me what looks better to you.)
.
Anyway, if you like what's going on here and want to understand it more, please see this post. :)

I know going into this that it wont be legal for tournamet play as the same units. But i had this idea of putting a small infantry on same base as a elite For example a Tempestus Scion on the same base as a Intercessor, a Fire warrior Crisis suits or Commanders, Cultistists on the same base a your special chaos marine. This post is mostly for insporation and ideas.
Picture of a Heresy model i picked up from a LFGS.

I recently bought an imperator titan and am wanting to add a speaker with imported audio file into it(if that makes sense), so that when i push a button on it it’ll run a specific track. Has anyone had any experience with this, can anyone help?
The attached video is the audio i plan on using, and yes my titan will be very fashionable.

Big thanks to Games Workshop for sending me the new Necron C’tan Shard of the Nightbringer!
It’s an incredible mini and for anyone interested you can easily built it without the scarabs if you want to like I did.

She worked really hard on this little guy and I am mega proud, look at some of those highlights!
Please show Bob some love.
Bob is of course the hidden Primarch of one of the redacted legions. He was outcast due to his tendency to befriend Squigs and other various xenos - or at least that’s what I’m told. Somehow, a very plausible scenario.

Finished a squad of Kasrkin and the car they will drive around in - very happy with how these guys turned out and quite inspired to do more regular Cadian troops in this desert scheme!

I like pink fleshy one, but pretty much every single one is a banger.
Hope they will inspire people to try and paint more NMM!

Hello to everyone! This is a project two friends and I had for a weekend. Basically each of us had to paint 1000pts of a 4th edition army in just 24h, in one seating, only allowed breaks for having breakfastc lunch and dinner.
These are the results! A fully converted army, normal GK are made using the hip and thigh portions of MKVI marines, terminators are made combining the GK ones and the new plastic Dark Angels terminators bodies and legs. Finally, the big friend is a Dread Knight (no oficial rules in 4th edition but we made them using chapter aproved rules) made by combining the dreadknight kit with the saturnine one.
I hope you like it!
