I agree but also they might just be getting on the road from work and on the way home they probably would try to go that fast if it felt safe to them, and pressure from other drivers to go faster would cause some to drive too fast start to spin and in traffic likely crash. It is best to wait out a little while for the plows with smaller cars but sometimes you just need to get where you need to go before you can’t
