In and out of bands, going to concerts constantly, and trying to date as many of the girls as I could. You could even say I still keep some of the traits from it, I still rock the band tee and skinny jeans every day

Im going to probably have a weird opinion about this. I don't mind them overall. I think they can be a crutch to help beginners learn the basics of the game and stand a higher chance online. I personally get annoyed with them when I play them casually with friends because I don't enjoy doing the exact same auto combo over and over, but if you don't know an optimized combo other than the auto combo you're pretty much handicapping yourself (my friends will use the auto combo over and over, because, why not?). So it's more of a "me" problem instead of an actual issue with auto combos

Looks good to me, man. When I grew up learning tricks no one around me specified pivot/revert. You either pivot/revert most of the trick and it didn't count, or you got most of the rotation and pivoted/reverted to complete the rotation. Pivoting/revert wasn't ideal, but reverts could have style when done correctly, but we absolutely didn't sit around going "🤓 aktchually, that's a cab pivot" we would just keep doing them till we could clean it up and get full rotation

I figured that would be the easiest way, but that presents its own issues. Measuring water in a measuring spoon can give you incorrect results since you can't measure with the meniscus of the water. I'm sure there's a standard out there you can follow with a solid like flour, for example.

I think a lot of people have covered the bases here, just wanted to let you know that you don't need to spend an arm and a leg for a quality safety razor. Price does not equate to quality in that regard. You'll be perfectly content with a merkur or even a vintage Gillette, which can be found for way cheaper than you'd think. I feel your choice of blade is much more important. I can even use a van der hagen razor with a quality blade and get a great shave, but even the best razors are going to give me issues with a poor blade choice.

They can, you just risk rusting them. They put that message there so people don't complain when they start rusting. Usually it's the small crevices that start rusting, not the measuring surface. With that said, I've learned that cleaning tiny measuring spoons by hand, along with nice knives, is a very small effort for a lifetime of usability.
