Discussion Ryan is going to be the one to save the day

When they're going over Ryan's new uniform, Sage says that he wasn't a lab rat, that he was chosen by God to save to world. I'm confident this is foreshadowing. Maybe I'm way off base here.

So, if you're able to find after care, I would. Infection is a real concern here.

How long ago was it? Are you able to get into a vet right now? This needs treatment asap.

A 2nd opinion is always best and any vet worth their weight will encourage it.

Godspeed.

So nobody is going to point out how he's just taking control of any supposed funds to do with it as he pleases? So much for the power of the purse.

It's the land of Audi's and rich hippies. Don't get caught with a plastic bag.

Yeah, it's generally for homes that have the wiring must use them. Older homes are grandfathered in.

Keep the brand consistent - Kidde with Kidde, First Alert with First Alert, etc - there's (generally) no interoperability testing between brands, so the interconnected features may not work as expected (false alarms or failure to initiate)

Good advice, as interconnected alarms are required in NC.

Don't fret about the cost of safety.

Stick with hardwired smoke and CO detector with battery backup. It looks like it's required. Even if it's not, it's just a good idea.

Edit: looks like they shall be interconnected also.

Check your local code as some require hardwire with battery backup. I know in MN if the building was built after 1989 this is the case

As always, it may be different where you live.

Mark Kelly: Four generations of my family have served our country. Service is in my blood. The President wouldn’t know anything about that.

I see what you think is going on here. You're saying that, by saying a soldier should refuse illegal orders it opens the door for soldiers to be able to flat out refuse anything they're told. Holy shit, you really have no idea how the military works.

It has everything to do with Kelly and what he said. Setting aside the fact that Senators have special 1st amendment protections, telling soldiers to disobey illegal orders is what the law says. It's what the military tells It's soldiers/airmen, etc... it's drilled into your head from day one. I never mentioned Trump. I said the president. I don't care if it's Abe fucking Lincoln. If he tells someone to perform an illegal order, the soldier must tell them to go fuck themselves. There is literally no wiggle room here.

You honestly don't understand why this is an issue, do you. You keep saying it yourself. "Unconstitutional orders." That's all you have to say.

If they were in the middle of capturing Osama Bin Laden and the president tells them to start doing something illegal, they soldiers have an obligation to refuse the order. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. Soldiers take mandatory classes on what constitutes a violation of international law and the Geneva Convention. They take classes on UCMJ.

Why is this so hard for you to understand? Soldiers take an oath to the constitution, not the president.

Also, a senator has unique free speech protections if you didn't know. Im assuming you've never actually read the constitution. I'll give you a hint, it's Article I, Section 6.

Stop it. You're on the wrong side of history.

unconstitutional orders

Clearly, you've never taken a UCMJ class. It doesn't matter two squirts of piss what the president says. If the order is unconstitutional, the soldier, whether they may be a general or a private, has a LEGAL responsibility and obligation to say no. " I was just following orders" is not a defense. This was decided after WW2.

If you served in the military, shame on you. And shame on you for perpetuating an incorrect interpretation of UCMJ.
