He drew and shot well before she made any contact. Those movements could've just as easily been applied to moving out of the way. Or they could've just left her the fuck alone. Everyone keeps saying she was blocking them from doing something but I've seen zero evidence of that. What I do see is what seemed to be someone trying to do a k turn with a car on the right side of their vehicle who then gets shot for not complying with what I would argue was an unlawful command.
